best breakfast, unbeatable quality and price. dinner was the same, economical and quality was great, only thing that took a long time for the waiters to attend us, we had to be calling them ourselves... the food was delicious and very well decorated the room. What I liked most was being able to take my pet with me, they didn't put any problem, just the extra cleaning charge and they told us that if we left the hotel he always had to go out with us, he couldn't stay in the room alone, unless we were in the lounge having dinner or breakfast.
It's true that the rooms are a bit small, but we didn't need more, the views were great and you could park well in front of the door. The cleanliness, in general, was good although inside the minibar furniture, had dust accumulated for months! In the bathroom we were missing the toilet brush that was not there but it was very clean.

whole hotel in general. building, an old monastery, beautiful, room quite spacious and with three exterior windows, decoration. comfort of the bed, service. great hotel without a doubt, also has a wonderful view of the Collegiate, is very well located in a very nice city, We do not use the dining service, so I can not comment on that, that corner to make your own coffee, tea, is very nice and original. that visit to the Monasterio de Piedra and park, is a few kilometers away, we went by bus, was a marvel. We highly recommend both the stay in Calatayud and, of course, visit to the unique Monasterio de Piedra and its park,
The only thing I didn't like was most of the hotels. I always miss a couple of little seats in the rooms, so that I can rest in a different way than lying down or sitting on the bed. Otherwise everything is extraordinary.

We loved the central location close to everything, especially the park with the lake and the river walk. The hotel facilities were impressive, with a mix of old world charm and modern amenities. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was exceptional. The staff was friendly and professional, making us feel welcome from the moment of check-in. The free parking for over 100 cars was a huge bonus.
No major negatives to report.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices and everything was fresh. The evening meal was an absolute delight, with a three-course menu that was both delicious and affordable. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely bathroom and shower. We also loved the charming touches that showcased the building's history as a monastery. The location was perfect, right in the heart of town with easy access to bars and restaurants. we were very impressed with the quality of service and the enhanced comfort provided by this hotel.
We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. The staff was rude and unsympathetic when we asked them to wait just five minutes for an important phone call.
